1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized products
Downloadable or digital goods
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at service@evalgreensps.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Send the item back within the specified return window.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
